Got questions?

We have actual answers. Here's everything you need to know about how the app works.

General & Family Sharing

What exactly does this app do?+

It's a shared medication reminder app built for families. Studies show that nearly 50% of medications for chronic disease are not taken as prescribed. You set up a schedule, and the app nudges you when it's time to take a dose. But the real magic is family sharing. Connect profiles, and if Dad forgets his morning pills, you get an alert. Everyone stays in the loop without the constant nagging.

Can I manage my parents' schedules from my phone?+

Yes. With over 53 million Americans providing unpaid care to loved ones, remote visibility is critical. You can create multiple care profiles under one account or link separate accounts using a family join code. If you make an update to Mom's routine, her phone reflects it instantly using real-time database syncing, so nobody looks at outdated information.

Are the reminders annoying?+

We designed them not to be. You get a clear push notification when it's time. You can hit snooze if you're busy. Caregivers only get alerted if a dose actually gets missed—which is crucial because missed doses account for up to 10% of hospital admissions in older adults—so they don't have their phones buzzing all day unnecessarily.

The AI Chat Assistant

How does the AI chat work?+

Think of it as a helpful assistant right in the app. You use natural language. You can type or ask, "Did Dad take his blood pressure med today?" and it checks the logs to tell you. You can ask for general side effects of a specific drug, or tell it to log a journal entry for you.

Can I just scan my pill bottle?+

Yes. Considering the average senior takes 4 or more prescription medications daily, manual entry is prone to typos. Open the chat and take a photo of the medication packaging. The AI extracts the drug name, exact dosage, and instructions automatically. You review the extracted details, hit approve, and it goes straight into your schedule.

Is the AI giving me medical advice?+

No. The AI makes organizing your life easier, and it can look up standard drug info (like common interactions and side effects from public data). It is absolutely not a doctor. Always ask your real doctor or pharmacist before making medical decisions or changing routines.

Health Logs & Reports

What else can I track besides my daily pills?+

A lot. The app has dedicated tracking for blood pressure and asthma episodes (like peak flow readings). There's also a voice journaling feature. You record a voice note, and the app transcribes it. It tracks your mood and even listens for casual reminders, like if you mention you need a refill soon.

Can I share the data with my doctor?+

Absolutely. You can generate a weekly PDF health report right from your phone. It neatly packages up your medication adherence stats, journal entries, and vitals. You also get an AI-written summary so your doctor sees the big picture in a two-minute read. You can email or message it directly.

Gamification & Account

What are XP and Streaks?+

Building habits is hard, so we added gamification. You earn XP and build daily streaks simply by logging your medications on time. Hitting milestones unlocks badges inside the app. It's meant to make a routine feel less like a chore and more rewarding.

Do I have to pay to use the app?+

The core features are free. We want families to stay connected easily. We offer an optional Premium subscription that adds perks like extended history, advanced family analytics, priority support, and "Streak Freeze" protection—so if you mess up one day, you don't lose an entire year's streak.

Is my personal data secure?+

Security goes first. We use Google's Firebase infrastructure to encrypt your data in expected transit and storage. Only you, and the family profiles you explicitly invite, can see your information. We never sell your data to third parties. If you want more details, check out our strict Privacy Policy.
