We designed them not to be. You get a clear push notification when it's time, and you can snooze it if you're busy. Caregivers are only alerted if a dose actually gets missed. That matters because missed doses account for up to 10% of hospital admissions in older adults, and nobody needs their phone buzzing all day.

It is an in-app chat you talk to in plain language, by typing or with the mic. It can answer questions about your family's medication schedule and history (for example, "What is Mum on?" or "Did anyone miss a dose yesterday?"), look up general drug information such as common side effects (always confirm with your clinician), and give you a weekly summary. It runs on Google Gemini through secure cloud infrastructure, and we do not sell your chats or health data to advertisers.

The assistant reads the drug name, dosage and instructions. You review the details, approve them, and they go straight into your schedule. Nothing changes without your approval.

No. The assistant makes organizing your life easier, and it can look up standard drug information such as common interactions and side effects. It is not a doctor. Premium members can log blood pressure and weight alongside their medications. Every time a dose is taken, you can also check in your mood, so the history shows how the day felt as well as what was taken.

Yes. Premium members can create a PDF health report from the app. It covers medication adherence and the blood pressure and weight readings you have logged, and it is built on your device. You control how you share it: email, print, or upload to a patient portal.

A streak counts the days your loved one takes their medications on time. It is a simple, at-a-glance sign that things are on track, and you earn XP along the way. Premium includes Streak Freeze so one missed day does not wipe out a long streak.

The core app is free: medication reminders with snooze, family sharing, missed-dose alerts, and the main AI Health Assistant features families rely on. Premium is optional and adds blood pressure and weight logs with PDF reports, Streak Freeze, extended history, the family dashboard with advanced analytics, and priority support. You can delete your account in the app: open the Me tab, scroll to Delete Account and follow the steps. Security comes first. We use Google's Firebase infrastructure to encrypt your data in transit and at rest. Only you and the family profiles you explicitly invite can see health information. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Analytics and crash reporting may use standard Firebase tooling as described in our Privacy Policy.
